Greg Sniezek

Greg Sniezek is the Agency Owner and a Personal Financial Representative who has represented Allstate Insurance for more than 20 years. He has a passion for helping customers protect the things that matter most through home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance. Greg especially enjoys helping families understand life insurance—an area that can often be overlooked—including how much coverage they may need and how long that protection should last. Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, Greg has called Maple Grove home for more than 20 years. Outside the office, you’ll often find him coaching his kids in football and basketball or sneaking in a round of golf. When he gets a break from sports, he enjoys spending time on Lake Koronis in Paynesville, boating and entertaining friends and family, tackling a project in the yard, all while playing loud music.

Bill Hoody

Bill is the Sniezek Group Agency's Personal Financial Representative who brings over 18 years of experience to our Rogers, Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove offices. He specializes in financial services and life insurance to prepare customers for the future. On the weekends you'll find him in his backyard hosting friends and family to a BBQ pool gathering or on one of the many golf courses near his home in Andover

Matt Gamm

Matt Gamm has been helping customers with their insurance needs since 2009 and leads the agency as Agency Manager. Matt has grown to be the most experienced agent others turn to for answers. He enjoys helping customers quote home, auto, and life insurance, solve coverage questions, and help learn something they may not have known about their insurance. Matt especially enjoys when customers ask about boat, motorcycle and snowmobile insurance, giving him a chance to learn more about what customers enjoy outside of everyday life. Originally from Coon Rapids, Matt now lives in White Bear Lake (after many years in Lino Lake) with his wife, Ashley, and their miniature schnauzer, Morrison. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, spending time on the lake, organizing games, fantasy sports pools, and watching Minnesota sports with friends and family. You’ll often find him on a north metro golf course or catching a Wild game at the Xcel—because to Matt, it will always be the Xcel.

Nate Makela

Nathan (Nate) Makela has been in the insurance industry and the Agency since 2020. A former high school math teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Math Education, from Southwest State University in Marshall, Nathan brings an analytical, straightforward approach to helping customers quote insurance, compare home and auto insurance options, and find coverage that fits their needs and budget. He enjoys making insurance easier to understand and helping customers feel confident about the protection they choose. Outside the office, Nate is living the dream on his land and enjoys hunting, fishing, the Minnesota Twins and golfing whenever he gets the chance. He’s also known around the office for his dry, sarcastic sense of humor along with his fantasy football skills.

Brittany Scheiller

Brittany Scheiller has been helping customers with their insurance needs since 2022 and is a licensed Personal Lines insurance professional with the Agency. After spending 14 years in collections and skip tracing, Brittany brought her problem-solving skills to insurance, where she especially enjoys helping customers understand their auto insurance and home insurance options. She enjoys finding available insurance savings opportunities, walking you through Minnesota auto insurance, including what “no-fault” really means and helping customers understand how their coverage options works when they need it most. Brittany also takes pride in helping customers navigate the claims process and making a stressful situation a little easier. Originally from Corcoran, Brittany now lives in Monticello with her husband, Sheridan, and their two boys. Known for her sarcastic sense of humor and a memory like a steel trap. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, reading, checking out local places, food trucks, and going to concerts…especially metal and indie/folk shows. She also has a soft spot for catching her husband’s band, Menace, whenever she can.

Amanda Horn

Amanda Horn has been helping customers with insurance since 2021 and is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. With more than 10 years of sales and leadership experience, Amanda brings a customer-first approach to home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance. She especially enjoys helping homeowners and first-time buyers understand their coverage, comparing insurance quotes beyond just price, and explaining important differences such as replacement cost vs. actual cash value and deductible options. Her goal is to make insurance easier to understand and help customers build coverage around their individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Amanda lives in Otsego with her husband and their two boys, whose activities keep the family busy with everything from robotics and garage projects to wrestling. Outside the office, she enjoys audiobooks, long walks, learning about health and wellness, discovering new restaurants, live music and cooking with her family. She’s also known for laughing often, staying curious, and having an iced coffee in hand—regardless of the season.

Tony Cole

Tony Cole has been helping customers with their insurance needs since 2018. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management, Tony brings an analytical, problem-solving approach to quoting insurance, reviewing home and auto insurance options, and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. He especially enjoys talking about home insurance and helping customers better understand how their policy protects their home and property. Tony has called Minnesota home since 2012 and has lived in Elk River with his wife and two children since 2021. Outside the office, he’s a big sports, movie, and TV fan, but most weekends are dedicated to his kids. You’ll usually find him at the Elk River hockey rink or a dance competition, proudly embracing his roles as Hockey and Dance Dad.

Alison Gearhart

Alison Gearhart has been helping people navigate insurance since 2001, with experience spanning life insurance, medical underwriting, customer service, and comprehensive insurance reviews. Since joining the agency in 2020, Alison has focused on helping customers understand their home insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, and overall coverage, so they can make informed decisions about protecting their families and everything they’ve worked hard for. Outside the office, Alison is a proud wife and mom of five who loves gardening, DIY projects, live music, bonfires, riding her motorbike, and chasing the stars with her telescope. She brings that same energy and curiosity to insurance...and if someone tells her not to push the button, there’s a pretty good chance she’s going to push it.

Chrissy Burnside

Chrissy Burnside has been helping customers with their insurance needs since 2005 and brings more than 20 years of account management and customer service experience to the agency. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance, Chrissy enjoys helping customers understand their home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance options. She especially enjoys reviewing policies, informing what coverage actually protects, and helping customers recognize the value of having the right insurance for their individual needs. Chrissy grew up in Champlin and still calls the area home with her high school sweetheart, whom she married, and their two grown children. Outside the office, she enjoys listening to people’s stories, traveling, family game days and puzzles You may also find her enjoying local music and sporting events with her family or grabbing dinner at one of her favorite spots, Redstone. Fun fact, her and her husband pick their next travel vacation out of a hat of multiple destinations every year.

Zach Hefel

Zach Hefel joined the insurance industry and the the agency in 2024 and holds a BA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota along with his Property & Casualty insurance license. Zach enjoys helping customers better understand their home insurance, auto insurance, and liability coverage, with a particular focus on helping see their protection fits their individual needs. He finds it especially rewarding when customers ask questions about their current coverage and he can help them find options that better protects what matters most. Originally from Winona, Minnesota, Zach now lives in New Hope with his wife and their two dogs. Outside the office, he enjoys working on projects around their new home, spending time with family and friends, drinking plenty of coffee, and cheering on the Bears, Cubs, and Timberwolves.

Heather Conduah

Heather Conduah joined the insurance industry in 2025 as a Licensed Account Manager, bringing more than 20 years of leadership, sales, and customer service experience to Sniezek Group Agency. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Minot State University, Heather enjoys helping customers with their everyday home insurance and auto insurance needs, reviewing coverage, and making insurance easier to understand. She is especially passionate about life insurance and helping families understand how the right coverage can help protect the people they love and their financial future. Born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Heather moved to Dayton, Minnesota, in 2019 with her husband, Emmanuel, and their two children, Zeke and Zoe. Outside the office, she’s a coffee addict who loves sunshine, family vacations, and the beach. Most weekends, you’ll find her at a hockey rink or soccer field cheering on her kids.

Evan Guffey

Evan Guffey has been in the insurance industry since 2018, beginning his career in health and other insurance before transitioning to Property & Casualty insurance in 2025. Evan enjoys working with customers to quote home and auto insurance, review their current coverage, and help them understand exactly what their insurance provides. He believes a low price isn’t always the greatest option and focuses on helping customers find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Originally from Nicollet, Minnesota, Evan attended the University of Minnesota Morris, where he played football and ran track. He now lives in Rogers with his wife, Courtney, and their daughter. Known for always having a smile, Evan enjoys golfing, game nights with family and friends, and relaxing around a bonfire—and you may occasionally find him grabbing a bite at locally.

Ty Sasser

Ty Sasser has worked in the insurance industry since 2021 and is a licensed Minnesota Property & Casualty insurance professional. Before moving to Minnesota, Ty spent three years working in the Florida insurance industry with a focus on property insurance. Today, he enjoys helping customers with their home insurance and auto insurance, answering coverage questions, reviewing policies, and helping make insurance easier to understand. Originally from Florida, Ty enjoys getting out and exploring everything Minnesota has to offer. Outside the office, you’ll often find him at a concert, record shop, or finding his next good book to read at a local book store. As a big music fan, he makes it a point to catch multiple concerts every year.

Tara Sniezek

Tara is the Operations Assistant at Agency and a graduate of Saint Cloud State University, with a master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is especially passionate about insurance and helping families understand the importance of having coverage in place to help protect the people they love if the unexpected happens. Tara lives in Maple Grove with her family, including three busy kids involved in football, basketball, and cheer, and their family dog, Georgie. Outside the office, she enjoys fashion, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family…often cheering from the sidelines at one of her kids’ activities.
